Rick Kai Lam Choi, Founder and Principal, CPA
Rick founded the firm in 2015 with the commitment to offer more and better personalized services for his clients. He has a wealth of experience, advising on all aspects of accounting, taxation, and business consulting and developing but with a strong assurance bias. His client base encompasses local mom-and-pop shops, individuals who just need someone on speed-dial to ask a few simple questions, newly-minuted entrepreneurs forming their first businesses, and multi-national corporations who need trans-border accounting and taxation advice. Rick acquired his accounting degree from the Forster School of Business of University of Washington in 2015. He worked with various Puget Sound-area CPA firms to assist his clients before founding Trans-Pacific Accounting. He is a certified public accountant licensed with the Washington State Board of Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Rick is also the president of The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce, a local non-profit organization that helps support and connect local businesses since 1963. When Rick is not working or volunteering at the Chamber, he probably is traveling or is planning for his next trip. He LOVES travel! |
