As our valued client, all of your tax returns that were ever prepared by us are stored on our secured online portal. 
Starting in 2023 (for tax year 2022), all of the tax information and documents you have uploaded to the portal will also be stored there. 
You may access and download your tax returns and any uploaded documents anytime.
If you are not comfortable transmitting sensitive information to us by emails, you may also use the "Chat" feature within your secured online portal account.
