What We Do
At Trans-Pacific Accounting and Business Consulting, we provide full-service tax, professional accounting, and business advisory for businesses and individuals. Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the Greater Seattle area in Bellevue, Washington, we specialize in serving US citizens and residents who live aboard to comply with their US tax obligations. We also help foreign investors and the international community maneuver the complex U.S. business and taxation system, so they can focus on what they do best - sell their products and provide their services without getting distracted by U.S. tax laws compliance. We prepare the more traditional tax forms, such as 940, 941, 990, 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and SS-4, as well as numerous foreign-related tax forms, including forms 1040-NR, 1042, 1042-S, 1116, 1118 1120-F, 2555, 3520, 5471, 5472, 8288, 8288-A, 8938, FinCEN 114 (FBAR), W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E. We are IRS’s Certifying Acceptance Agent and have successfully applied for Individual Tax Identification Number ("ITIN") for many non-resident alien clients without mailing the original passport and documents to the IRS with Form W-7. As a Quickbooks ProAdvisor, we provide comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll solutions and advice to those who want to succeed in their US adventure and expansion. We also help and advise on business incorporation and LLC formation. We strive to provide a one-stop service for you. Contact us now for a consultation. |
